What is Memory Diary?

A private, collaborative journal for family and friends. You organize memories into shared “lanes” — with photos, videos, and notes — and everyone you invite can add to them and look back together.

How do I share a lane with family?

Open a lane, choose Share, and invite people by username or with a link. You control whether each person can just view, or also add memories.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your lanes are visible only to the people you invite. Nothing is public unless you deliberately create a share link. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report something or block a user?

You can report a comment, memory, or profile from its menu, and block anyone from their profile. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.

How do I export or delete my data?

You can delete your account and its data from Settings at any time. To request a copy of your data, email us at support@memorydiary.app.
