Memory Diary Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and NLD Tech LLC ("NLD Tech", "we", "us"), which operates Memory Diary, and govern your use of the app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Memory Diary Privacy Policy.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Memory Diary. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we may delete the account and associated content.

User Content

You are responsible for the memories, photos, videos, comments, profile information, lane names, and other content you create or share in Memory Diary. Do not upload or share content that you do not have the right to use.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Memory Diary has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, share, request, or encourage content or conduct that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, violent, invasive of privacy, impersonating another person, spam, or otherwise harmful.

Moderation, Removal, and Account Action

We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or misuse Memory Diary. We may also remove content or accounts when required by law, platform rules, or safety concerns.

Reporting and Blocking

Memory Diary includes tools to report content or users and to block other users. We aim to review reports within 24 hours. Blocking a user limits their visibility in app surfaces and suppresses related invitations or access requests where supported by the service.

The Memory Diary Privacy Policy explains what data the app stores and how privacy controls work. You can read it at memorydiary.app/privacy.

Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Memory Diary from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application terms. These Terms apply to Memory Diary's service, accounts, user content, and moderation rules.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as Memory Diary evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated date.
